We have delivered sustainable, impactful projects across the Middle East, leveraging our extensive experience to meet rigorous environmental, social, and regulatory standards and drive lasting value for clients and communities. Below some of our recent projects:

Environmental And Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) For Industrial Area-2025-Saudi Arabia
Our team conducted an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for an industrial development in Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia. Following the National Center for Environmental Compliance guidelines (NCEC), we focused on baseline social studies and environmental impact assessments on air and water quality, biodiversity, noise, vibration, and soil contamination. Our findings guided the development of targeted mitigation strategies to ensure the project's sustainability and compliance with environmental regulations.
Environmental study for Ministry of Defence-2025-Saudi Arabia
Our team carried out a thorough environmental study by first reviewing existing geotechnical, hydrological studies, soil, water and habitat data. We evaluated the outcomes of those geotechnical and hydrology studies alongside targeted fieldwork—sampling water and soil and inspecting sensitive areas—to identify constraints such as protected ecosystems and underground utilities. The results are delivered as clear maps and concise reports that delineate zones suitable for development and recommend mitigation measures. This straightforward, data-driven guidance ensures the Saudi Ministry of Defence can plan sustainably and comply with all national regulations and Vision 2030 objectives.

In alignment with Vision 2030, we conducted a thorough socio-economic impact assessment for Peak Company, to evaluate the expanding hospitality and tourism sector's effects on Saudi Arabia's economy and communities. This pivotal project involved nationwide surveys, stakeholder engagements, and advanced economic modelling to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Our analysis identified key areas for job creation, particularly within the SME sector, driven by increased tourism activities. We also projected a positive impact on local GDP, linked to sustained investment in infrastructure and training.

We conducted a Social Baseline Study (SBS) for the Khnaiguiyah Zinc-Copper Project, located 170KM west of Riyadh. This study meticulously assessed the pre-existing social conditions of communities surrounding the project site. By employing a combination of surveys, stakeholder interviews, and secondary data analysis, we identified key socio-economic factors and potential impacts of theproject on local communities. Our findings provided a comprehensive understanding of the local demographics, economy, and cultural dynamics, which were instrumental in forming strategies to enhance community benefits and mitigate any adverse effects.

our team conducted an extensive Archaeological Survey and developed a Cultural Heritage Management Plan. The technical aspects of the archaeological survey involved systematic field investigations supported by advanced GIS mapping technology to identify and accurately record archaeological resources within the project area. This approach helped in understanding the spatial distribution of cultural artefacts, ensuring their precise documentation.

The project focused on the development and implementation of comprehensive guidelines for integrating advanced carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies into existing cement production processes. It started with a feasibility study to evaluate the technical feasibility and economic viability of applying CCS, followed by the selection of technologies that were best suited to the conditions of the region. A pilot project was then launched at a selected cement factory to refine the technology integration and operational procedures, which led to the creation of detailed guidelines covering technical specifications, operational processes, and environmental compliance.
